VENDORS WANTED: Homemade crafts, Jewelry makers, Antiques, Baby Items, Collectibles, Ect...We are looking to fill 44 vendor spots for our Holiday Edition of Old Town Craft Fair in This event will coincide with the opening weekend of Home for the Holidays. A six week shopping event in Old Town Spring.
We will be having a "KIDZONE" this session, with Moonwalks, FacePainting, and treats. New map and booth numbers, please make first and second choices. ***RULES*** Each vendor spot must be paid in full by Nov.1st. otherwise a $5 late payment will be collected. O.T.C.F. will do everything to insure your requested spot is reserved, however please understand you may be asked to choose another spot if same booth types are in the same area. You will have to provide your own tables, chairs, tents. Look over site map and, request your booth site by number. O.T.C.F. will do every thing they can to grant your request. Upon payment and receiving of your Application, you will be mailed your BOOTH CARD and PARKING CARD. You Must Present them upon arrival. No refunds for loss cards. You may operate one day. But you do pay for both days of the fair. Date: Sat. Nov. 12th, and Sun the 13th 2011. Hours: Sat 9am-6pm, and Sun. 11am-5pm. Set-up: Allowed Fri. Nov 11th. From 8am-9pm, please prearranged time if before 8am or after 9pm. you can not set up the day of the fair for space is limited. No refunds for non setup. You may use the parking area only for set-up use. you can not pull thru the event area at all. Parking: One Parking pass per booth (Parking pass insures FREE parking on site, but does not guarantee Parking on site). Old Town Spring has parking areas and some street parking. There are a few pay lots also. Parking will be $5 the days of the event, for Old Town Craft Fair, and Home for the Holidays. Camping: You are more than welcome to camp in your vendor spot, there are no shower areas. Facilities: We will have port-a-cans. Woman's, Men's. They will be checked and stocked regularly. Trash: Trash cans will provided around the grounds for small trash. You are expected to police your own areas. Tear Down: Please do not take down your vendor spot until 4pm Sun. and do not load off of property until 5pm Generators are discouraged, but QUIET generators may be allowed for a $15 fee. Rain Or Shine: We will postpone if the weekend is a complete wash out, not for little rain showers. Cancellations: 100% refund by 10/12/11, 50% 10/13/11-10/31/11, 0% 11/1/11& after Booth Security: The property will be staffed 24 hours a day for the entire fair. Starting 8am Nov.11th thru 6pm Nov. 13th. *Please note train tracks are just off the east side of property and trains run and honk their horns.* **24 hour site staff will be provided as a deterrent and preventative measure.
